For this project I worked as an integrated designer more focused on the UI. I was part of the IBM team sent to work on-site at Nationwide in the City to create a chatbot for first time buyers in the myNationwide app.
This was a collaborative Agile project led by a Partner, Senior UX designer and a project manager from IBM. Designers and developers also from IBM whereas the Product owner and BAs were Nationwide employees.
My role in this project alongside another UI designer was to explore and create the chatbot identity for the app, create a look & feel for the app as well for the chat.
One of the options for the chatbot name was Arti. A name inspired by Arthur Webb, Arti as in Arti-ficial intelligence and also adding the Members community dimension by integrating the HELP principles colors from Nationwide. Animation done in Principle.
